Program design and student understandings.

Time: 9.30pm to 3.30pm
Cost: $20 dollars for IMAGE members

When your class of undeniably happy, stimulated students leave, how can you be sure everyone in the group has taken away what you intended? Is asking questions enough? In this workshop we will explore strategies and activities we can use as in-program assessment, including games, sorting, art and other creative projects, digital resources and group presentations. (For the wellbeing of all concerned, no worksheets will be included).
Join IMAGE for an exciting full day session at the National Museum of Australia exploring in-program assessment and the way we design education programs in our cultural institutions. NSW based storyteller and expert educator Jo Henwood will present a range of interactive, thought provoking sessions.
